Rhino Star Music License
Every Rhino Star sample pack, construction kit, MIDI pack, preset pack, drum kit, bundle and $1 Kit comes with the same license. Here it is in plain words. The full legal text is in our Terms and Conditions.
What you can do
- Use the sounds in your own music, for free or for sale, with no extra fees or royalties.
- Release that music anywhere: streaming, downloads, vinyl, radio, DJ sets and live shows.
- Use your music in films, ads, games, videos, podcasts and other media.
- Change the sounds any way you like: chop, layer, pitch, process and resample them.
- Keep using them forever, worldwide. The license does not expire.
What you can’t do
- Sell, share, give away or upload the sounds on their own, as they are or edited.
- Use the sounds to make another sample pack, loop library, preset pack or virtual instrument.
- Pass your license to another person. One license covers one person, on any of your own devices.
Who owns what
You own the music you make. Rhino Star Music keeps the rights to the original sound files.
